Registration for this race implies the reservation of a place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the participant, once registered, wishes to cancel his\/her registration, these are the conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the participant’s identity and information is confirmed as eligible, refunds will be processed sequentially. Refund applicants will forfeit their right to participate and will not be able to collect materials related to the event registration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to request CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Step 1: Complet the form<\/strong><\/a> with all the required data:<\/summary>\n

Step 2: Process the cancellation:<\/summary>\n

Once we receive the form, we will process the cancellation and the corresponding refund. This will be within 1 to 15 days of receipt of your request. We will take into account the date of submission of the form to establish the refund due to you. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

Step 3: Reply cancellation:<\/summary>\n

We will send you an email confirming the cancellation of your registration and the refund of the amount due to you depending on when you cancelled.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

Important:<\/strong> Each person who wants to request the cancellation and refund, must complete a form with their personal details. We will make the refund in the same account associated with the credit\/debit card you used to make the registration. Once we confirm the refund, within 1 to 4 days you will receive the money in the same account you used to register for the race. <\/em><\/p>\n\n

DEREGISTRATION WITH TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION<\/strong> TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

If a participant cannot take part in the race due to various unavoidable circumstances (injury, serious family problem, work…), and wishes to postpone his\/her participation for the following year, he\/she must make a request to the organisers. Here are the rules and the necessary procedures. <\/p>\n\n

Deferral Application Deadline, Requirements and Fees <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Requests to transfer registration to the next HMM until 31 March 2026. After 1 April, no requests for transfer of registration will be accepted. <\/p>\n\n

Accepted reasons: <\/strong>Business travel, injury, family reasons, pregnancy, serious family problem. The participant must provide documents (medical certificates, etc.) proving the reason for cancellation. <\/p>\n\n

Steps to request CANCELLATION and TRANSFER to the next HMM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Step 2: Process the cancellation:<\/summary>\n

Once we receive the form, we will process the cancellation and the corresponding refund. This will be within 1 to 15 days of receipt of your request. We will take into account the date of submission of the form to establish the refund due to you. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

Step 3: We process the personal link:<\/summary>\n

Once we receive it we will finish the process, we will cancel your registration for the current year, and we will include you in the list of people to whom we will send a PERSONAL AND UNTRANSFERABLE LINK to register for the next WMH free of charge. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

Step 4: Next HMM edition:<\/summary>\n

once the current HMM has finished, we will send you an email with your registration link for the next edition and the instructions to do so.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

Important:<\/strong> Transferring the registration for the next edition of HMM implies the CANCELLATION of the registration for the current edition.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Transfer of registration:<\/summary>\n

The registration transfer is ONLY<\/strong> valid for the same event (HALF MARATHON MAGALUF) and the same race in which you are currently registered, for the next edition. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n
