CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Registration for this race implies the reservation of a place.
If the participant, once registered, wishes to cancel his/her registration, these are the conditions:

Once the participant’s identity and information is confirmed as eligible, refunds will be processed sequentially. Refund applicants will forfeit their right to participate and will not be able to collect materials related to the event registration.
Steps to request CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Step 2: Process the cancellation:
Once we receive the form, we will process the cancellation and the corresponding refund. This will be within 1 to 15 days of receipt of your request. We will take into account the date of submission of the form to establish the refund due to you.
Step 3: Reply cancellation:
We will send you an email confirming the cancellation of your registration and the refund of the amount due to you depending on when you cancelled.
Important: Each person who wants to request the cancellation and refund, must complete a form with their personal details. We will make the refund in the same account associated with the credit/debit card you used to make the registration. Once we confirm the refund, within 1 to 4 days you will receive the money in the same account you used to register for the race.

DEREGISTRATION WITH TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
If a participant cannot take part in the race due to various unavoidable circumstances (injury, serious family problem, work…), and wishes to postpone his/her participation for the following year, he/she must make a request to the organisers. Here are the rules and the necessary procedures.
Deferral Application Deadline, Requirements and Fees
Requests to transfer registration to the next HMM until 31 March 2026. After 1 April, no requests for transfer of registration will be accepted.
Accepted reasons: Business travel, injury, family reasons, pregnancy, serious family problem. The participant must provide documents (medical certificates, etc.) proving the reason for cancellation.
Steps to request CANCELLATION and TRANSFER to the next HMM

Once we receive the form, we will process the cancellation and the corresponding refund. This will be within 1 to 15 days of receipt of your request. We will take into account the date of submission of the form to establish the refund due to you.
Step 3: We process the personal link:
Once we receive it we will finish the process, we will cancel your registration for the current year, and we will include you in the list of people to whom we will send a PERSONAL AND UNTRANSFERABLE LINK to register for the next WMH free of charge.
Step 4: Next HMM edition:
once the current HMM has finished, we will send you an email with your registration link for the next edition and the instructions to do so.
Important: Transferring the registration for the next edition of HMM implies the CANCELLATION of the registration for the current edition.
Transfer of registration:
The registration transfer is ONLY valid for the same event (HALF MARATHON MAGALUF) and the same race in which you are currently registered, for the next edition.
Transfer of registration: conditions:
The transfer of registration will be carried out taking into account:
- It will be for the same distance and category in which the participant was registered in the current edition.
- There shall be no right to reimbursement in the future for cancellation of participation.
- There will be no option to transfer the new registration to another edition of the race.
- There will be no option to change the name of the entry.
BIB NUMBER HOLDER CHANGES
The bib numbers are personal and non-transferable. In the event that you wish to change the holder of the registration, you must follow the process to be determined by communication to eventsice@calvia.com. Los cambios de titularidad del Dorsal serán posibles hasta el 28 de febrero de 2026. A partir del 1 de marzo de 2026, no se realizarán cambios de titularidad del dorsal.
CHANGES OF DISTANCE
Distance changes are allowed, as long as there are bibs available in the distance to which you want to change, according to the conditions set out in the registration section.
In case the participant wants to change from the half marathon to the 10 km race, the organisation will not refund the difference between the registration fee paid at the first moment and the change to the shorter distance, nor will it charge any commission for this management.
In case the participant wants to change from the 10 km race to the half marathon race, the participant will have to pay the difference between the money paid for the 10 km registration and the cost of the half marathon race at that moment. The organisation will not charge any commission for this.
To process the change of distance it will be necessary to write an email to eventsice@calvia.com attaching the registration reference, the full name of the participant who wishes to change the distance.
